Byte is highly versatile. It excels as a heavy duty griddle cleaner and is fluid enough to be used as a fryer boil out chemical for deep fat fryers. Its liquid consistency also makes it ideal for food plant circulation (CIP) systems, ensuring internal pipework and tanks remain free of organic buildup.

Usage Instructions

• Ovens & Grills: Apply neat to warm (not hot) surface. Leave to dwell for 10-20 mins. Agitate and rinse thoroughly.
• Fryer Boil Out: Drain oil. Fill with water and add Byte (refer to label for dilution). Simmer to lift carbon. Drain and rinse.
