Unlike traditional leather, this synthetic chamois is rot-proof and resistant to detergents, grease, and oil. It features a perforated surface (small holes) which serves two purposes: it reduces drag, allowing the cloth to glide effortlessly over glass and paintwork, and it makes the cloth significantly easier to wring out.
